The program is aimed to support the restoration of cultural and artistic activities of artists and cultural institutions of Ukraine, to promote the creation of new cultural and artistic projects during the war and the period of post-war reconstruction of the state.
The program consists of two LOTs:
- Restoration of cultural and artistic activities. The deadline for submission of applications is January 31, 2023. Instruction available via the link
- Scholarship for the restoration of cultural and artistic activities. The deadline for applications is 23 January 2023. Instruction available via the link
For whom:
- LOT №1: legal entities of all forms of ownership or individual entrepreneurs registered on the territory of Ukraine at least one year prior to the start of the Call for Proposals for LOT №1 may apply. The webinar is available via the link
- LOT №2 can be applied by: individuals - citizens of Ukraine who have reached the age of 18 and carry out their professional activities in the sectors of culture and creative industries and carry out their activities exclusively on the territory of Ukraine. The webinar is available via the link
The amount of the grant:
- LOT №1: minimum amount - 400 000 UAH, maximum amount - 1 000 000 UAH;
- LOT №2: minimum amount - 50 000 UAH, maximum amount - 200 000 UAH.
Which projects can be implemented:
- art object;
- recording a single or album;
- exhibition, exposition;
- video, web film, video blog, TV show;
- podcast, radio program;
- script, performance, play, score, performance;
- murals, graffiti;
- virtual museum, digital archive or catalog, 3D model;
- products of folk arts and crafts;
- inclusive projects - exhibition, performance, video content or adaptation of an existing cultural product;
- etc. (the list is not exhaustive).

- Create an account on the UCF website as an applicant.
