Vladyslav Berkovski begins his cadence as Executive Director of Ukrainian Cultural Foundation

By order of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine № 256-k dated June 10, 2021, Vladyslav Berkovski was appointed Executive Director of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation on June 14, 2021.

On Monday, June 14, the official presentation of the Executive Director of the Foundation with the participation of Larysa Petasyuk, Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine took place.

The participants discussed the current state of affairs of the UCF and the gradual development of a new strategy of the Foundation, the need and importance of qualitative amendments to the Law of Ukraine on UCF and other regulations to ensure timely execution of grant season.

Larysa Petasyuk supported the newly appointed head of the UCF and wished the staff fruitful work and inspiration, and also assured that the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy is ready to further improvement the Foundation's activities.

"We have ambitious tasks ahead of us, so I hope for mutual support, assistance and high professionalism. For my part, I aim to maximally promote the development of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation in both national and global cultural space, I am ready to hear each of you, so I am open to ideas and initiatives. I am confident that together and in close cooperation with the Ministry we will achieve the set goals" - Vladyslav Berkovski emphasized in his address to the staff.
